Ownership of the Artworks: Participating artists retain all intellectual property rights to the submitted artworks. Participants grant Eunoia - The Curators Collective the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify, adapt and publish the works for the contest's promotional purposes. Participants declare that the submitted works are original, do not violate the rights of third parties, do not infringe criminal law and derive from their personal work, excluding transcriptions or copies from other sources.

Publication of the Artworks: The participants' works will be published on the Instagram page of Eunoia - The Curators Collective (@eunoia.curators) for a 7-day period (07.12.2023 - 14.12.2023). At the end of this period, the images will be removed. The top three will be permanently published on Eunoia - The Curators Collective's Instagram page and on the Eunoia - The Curators Collective website in the Contest section.

Privacy and Personal Data: The participant authorises the use of their works as specified in this document and the processing of their personal data by Francesca Brunello, Erika Gravante, Chiara Rizzatti and Martina Viesti, in accordance with the current privacy regulations (Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003 and European Regulation 679/2017 - GDPR).

The Eunoia Curators Collective will not transfer the artworks or related materials to third parties, and the intellectual property rights of the artworks will always remain exclusively with the artist. All information collected will be used exclusively for promotional purposes of the artist and the contest run by Eunoia - The Curators Collective. This data may be used to:

  • Promoting the artist and the works participating in the contest through the Eunoia - The Curators Collective website, social media and promotional materials.

  • Sending communications via email or newsletter regarding the contest, future events, related initiatives and services offered by Eunoia - The Curators Collective. The data subject shall have the right to access the data concerning him/her, as well as to have any erroneous, incomplete or unlawfully collected data corrected, updated, completed or deleted. Such requests should be sent to eunoiacurators@gmail.com

Eunoia - The Curators Collective will not assign, sell or transfer the collected personal data to third parties in any way. This information will be processed exclusively within the Eunoia Collective and used for the purposes specified above.

Acceptance of the Conditions: Participation in the contest implies unconditional acceptance of all the conditions and provisions of these rules.
